This risk disclosure applies to every service offered by AI Wealth Pro ("we", "our" or "us"). Before you join, make sure you understand the risks below and only take part if you can afford to lose the money you put in.
02Trading involves substantial risk
Trading cryptocurrency, stocks and related products involves a high level of risk and is not suitable for everyone. You may lose some or all of your capital. Prices can move quickly and sharply, including over weekends and outside normal market hours.
03No guaranteed returns
Any figures, examples or descriptions of how the system is designed to work are for illustration only. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Returns are never guaranteed, and results can vary from member to member and from month to month.
04Automated trading risk
Our system trades automatically using artificial intelligence. Automated systems can make losing trades, behave unexpectedly in unusual market conditions, or be affected by technical faults, internet outages, data errors or exchange downtime. Hedging strategies reduce some risks but cannot remove them.
05Exchange and counterparty risk
Your funds stay in your own account on a third party exchange such as Binance, Bybit, KuCoin or Kraken. We do not control these exchanges. They may suffer outages, security breaches, insolvency, regulatory action or changes to their products, and any of these could affect your funds or your ability to trade.
06Cryptocurrency risk
Cryptocurrencies are highly volatile and are not backed by any government or central bank. They may be affected by changes in regulation, technology and market sentiment.
07US tech stock risk
Version 3 also trades high liquidity US technology stocks, or products that track them, where these are available on your exchange. These products may differ from owning the shares directly, may carry extra fees or leverage, and may not be available in every country.
08Availability by country
The products available to you depend on your exchange and your country of residence. It is your responsibility to check that you are allowed to use these services where you live. AI Wealth Pro is not currently available or providing services in the UAE.

10Fees
Our fee is a 50% share of realised profit in each cycle. Exchange trading fees and funding costs are charged separately by your exchange.

This risk disclosure is governed by the laws of Costa Rica. By joining, you confirm that you have read and understood it.
