01Who we are
AI Wealth Pro ("we", "our" or "us") is responsible for the personal data you share with us through this website, our join form and our member services. We handle personal data in line with Costa Rica's Law No. 8968 on the Protection of the Person in the Processing of their Personal Data and its regulations (Executive Decree No. 37554-JP).
02What we collect
- Contact details you give us, such as your name, email address, phone number and country of residence.
- Information you add to our join form, such as the exchange you use and your experience with trading.
- Messages you send us by email or social media.
- Basic technical data when you visit the website, such as browser type, device and pages viewed.
We never ask for your exchange password, and we never ask for API keys with withdrawal or transfer permissions.
03How we use it
- To review your request to join and contact you about membership.
- To onboard and support you as a member.
- To send service updates and, where you have agreed, news about AI Wealth Pro. You can opt out at any time.
- To meet our legal and regulatory obligations and to prevent fraud.
- To improve the website and our services.
04Your consent
We collect and process your personal data with your free, express and informed consent, which you give when you submit our join form or contact us. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing support@aiwealthpro.ai. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that happened before you withdrew it.
05Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We only share it with trusted service providers that help us run our business, such as form, email and hosting providers, and with authorities where the law requires it. Some of these providers may store data outside Costa Rica. Where this happens we take reasonable steps to make sure your data is protected to a similar standard.
06How long we keep it
We keep personal data only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires. After that we delete it or make it anonymous.
07Your rights
Under Costa Rican law you have the right to access your personal data, and to ask us to correct, update or delete it. You can also object to us using it for marketing. To use any of these rights, email support@aiwealthpro.ai. We will respond within the time limits set by law. If you are not happy with our response, you can contact the Agencia de Protección de Datos de los Habitantes (PRODHAB).
08Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
